Guys it is that time of the year when the big crappie are getting ready to move up. The best way to take advantage of this time is to make sure your knots are tight and you put on the sharpest hooks that will assure you the best chance that you will not loose that hubcap right at the boat. Watch and take notice that the biggest crappie caught on my new segment above was not caught spider rigging but trolling. As the water temperatures drop the crappie will take on there fall pattern and chase bait fish in big water. One very important fact is they will literally show up it will seem overnight so do not leave the water for weeks at a time or you will surely miss this epic event coming as the temperature starts falling.
