Shout-out to Ms Celine (012-3130768) for giving me a private tour around Ara Damansara terrace houses.
Before KLIA, all international flights used to be in Subang Jaya Airport and that caused Ara Damansara to be a noise-polluted area. Therefore, this location has been out of the radar for many years until recently. The current Ara Damansara comes with several MRT stations and direct connection to Kota Damansara and Bandar Utama.
As Sime Darby Property is the main owner and developer for the land, the property projects are launched in a slower pace as they are planned from a township point of view. But this didn’t affect the capital appreciation as the property prices increased tremendously from RM 296k to RM 1.2m today.
These homes and community will definitely cause debate between living in a new high-rise project versus staying in an established landed house=)
