Recipe.
For the dough:
egg - 1 pc.
zest of one orange
semolina - 180 g + 2-3 tbsp for rolling the cookies
flour - 150 g
baking powder - 1 tsp
vanilla sugar - 1 packet
butter - 125 g (melt) + 1 tsp for greasing the pan
unsweetened yogurt - 125 g
coconut flakes or chopped nuts for decoration - 2 tsp
Syrup:
sugar - 150 g
juice from 1/2 orange diluted with water to 150 ml.
