This is a very short clip of the two skins that can only be earned through referrals in League of Legends. The first is Grey Warwick, which you earn at 50 referrals (once they reach level 10), and the second is Medieval Twitch which comes at the 350 mark.
Currently only two people have earned Medieval Twitch.
