Assassin's Creed Origins, Odyssey & Valhalla Gameplay Comparison
The latest 3 titles in the series are very similar, yet still so very different. Atmosphere, world, stories and combat are all different, although built on the same foundations.
Some people don't see much difference between them, some do. I personally see a huge difference between Origins and Odyssey, and then back to Valhalla, which seems and feels more like Origins in design and gameplay. Origins is my personal favorite of all AC games, right next to AC2, so for me it's a good thing Valhalla seems more like Origins. Odyssey is a great game as well, but it just fell short for me when compared to Origins. Not as engaging, or something. Too huge a world with meaningless things to do. Width of an ocean, depth of a puddle.
