Item level : 3009 (Stat focus on Power & Recovery)
Main Artifact: Sigil of Devoted (Mythic)
Main & Offhand : Twisted Set (Epic)
Neck & Belt : Tiamat Set (Epic)

Hotkey:
Square = Binding Oath (Rank 4)
Triangle = Templar Wrath (Rank 4)
Circle = Bane (Rank 4)
L2 = Radiant Strike
R2 = Oath Strike
Daily : Shield of Faith & Heroism
Aura : Courage (buff team dmg) & Wisdom (reduce cooldown for encounter)

THE ROTATION:

"Opening" Strike : Binding Oath -- Radiant Strike -- Templar Wrath -- Shield of Faith (Daily) -- Divine Call (R1 button)

"Survival" Rotation : Binding Oath -- Templar Wrath -- Divine Call / Shield of Faith (depend on situation)

EXTRA TIPS:

*Binding Oath is the skill that make us capable tanking Orcus since it will give Pally invulnerability for 8 seconds (at rank 4)

*You need to keep spamming Oath Strike (At-will) & Bane (Encounter) for aggro & dmg debuff on Orcus constantly. Divine Call will also help keeping aggro on you.

*If you pop SoF, reserved your BO charge and use it when Orcus gonna hit you / do AoE attack OR the current BO timer nearly at it end (around 6 to 7 seconds)

*Keep your eyes on your Divine Energy meter too as the only encounter that will generate Divine Energy is your TW as Bane & BO wont generate DE. Use your Divine Call wisely, as this is one deciding factor to tank Orcus effectively.

*If needed, use Sigil of Devoted to make sure your dailies are full so you can pop SoF (for extra dmg resistance) or Heroism (for instant extra health)

*If Orcus summon the Green orbs during one of his phase, DO NOT TANK ORCUS & GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE FIRST!!!! (refer here    • Tanking Orcus with OP Pally, Neverwinter P...  )
Evade the orbs at safe distance(use Sanctuary or health potion if needed) and after the orb vanished, use my "Opening" rotation again to aggro Orcus so your DPS can get into their position as soon as possible and you can continue to do the usual "Survival" rotation until Orcus die or begin his next phase.
