An ancient motorhome that had been parked on their street is the lone leading suspect. Detective Loki (Jake Gyllenhaal), the head of the inquiry, arrests the driver but due to a lack of evidence, Loki is forced to release his only suspect. Dover thinks that he has no choice but to take matters into his own hands because his daughter's life is in danger!
