Eclipse Chasers 2024
UD's Eclipse Chasers team, led by Professor Spencer Axani, is gearing up for a rare event this afternoon: a total eclipse. The team is currently in Texas, aiming to launch a high-altitude research balloon to capture atmospheric data and observe muons, shedding light on cosmic phenomena. Stay tuned as they livestream video from their balloon to NASA for a global audience at the onset of the total eclipse.
