I experimented with the Good Morning many years ago and noticed its benefits regards to mobility.

For instance, rotating the toes inward targeted an entirely different section of my hamstrings than pointing the toes forward.

By taking this exercise to the next level, I found solutions to many tightnesses I had experienced with my posterior chain.

I included active flexibility training in my Movement 20XX method since the beginning because of its effectiveness.
