start the vm and open the console
choose the first line with the arrow key to install gaia the name of the cp operating system
just wait for the installation wizard
press OK to continue
choose your language
change the root partion to 77G
type strong password for the admin user
choose the management interface
configure the ip address, mask and gateway for this management server
press OK to continue
just wait
press the reboot to finish
