It's just a very educational episode, especially for committee members who are pouring their heart and soul in maintaining the neighbourhood.
In the future, the number of stratafied projects are increasing and more of us are only gonna live in one. However, not all of us are taught nor experienced in any form of building maintenance knowledge and that is causing a lot of problem to the endless new apartments that are popping out in the city.
Monthly collection, facility managements, maintenance standards and etc. These are common problems for every building but it's up to a group of warm hearted individuals who are sacrificing both their time and energy, only to end up with piles of complains.
Therefore, I really admire what the team at JaGaSolution is doing as they are that knowledge portal for all building management matters. For my lovely committee members of all the properties I own, I hope this will somewhat reduce the burden a little bit as I really appreciate all the hardwork you guys put in.
