This video will go over some of the major changes to ret from BFA to SL.
Abilities, talents, covenant abilities, legendary system and target cap.
Video is not meant to be a guide or suggestion on what to play at launch. Merely to give people an idea of what Ret is looking like if you don't have the Beta or don't care to play it.

If you are new to the channel I do put guides up for ret at each patch and if they do updates on a .5 patch. So check that out come 9.1 raid tier.

(Way too early is a joke, if you follow NFL they do "way too early" mock drafts and that is what this feels like projecting a class this far before launch)
