Why does LinkedIn say I can't close my LinkedIn Account until issues are resolved?

Before you can close your LinkedIn Account you need to:
Downgrade your account to Basic, if you have a premium subscription
Make someone else the owner of your group, if you have a LinkedIn Group.
Wait 7 days after any event you created, ran or scheduled.
Also, you should make someone else the Super Admin of any Company page you are the only Super Admin of.
