Luxurious chocolate cake for a few cents—easy & irresistible! 🍫🍰 My secret recipe!
This secret recipe is perfect if you want to conjure up an incredibly moist, chocolatey cake with little effort and inexpensive ingredients! With a velvety batter and a creamy ganache, it's a true treat for all chocolate lovers. A must-try – simple, quick, and soooo delicious!
Try it yourself – you will love this recipe!

🍰 Ingredients:
✅For the dough:
195 g flour (1.5 cups)
3 tbsp cocoa powder = 20 g
1.5 tsp baking powder (≈ 7 g)
200 ml oil (1 cup)
50 g dark chocolate
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
200 g sugar (1 cup)
240 ml boiling water.
✅Baking
Place in a mold (32 x 24 cm).
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 35 minutes.
✅For the chocolate ganache:
100 g dark chocolate
80 g milk chocolate
200 ml hot cream (33–36%)
✅ I used salted caramel sauce for decoration.

🔪 Preparation:
1. Preparation of the dough:
Mix dry ingredients: Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl.
Prepare the chocolate mixture: Combine the oil with the melted dark chocolate and stir until smooth. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar for several minutes until creamy and fluffy. Combine the mixtures: Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir.
Add the dry ingredients: First, sift and fold in half of the flour mixture, then stir in the remaining amount. Stir in boiling water until smooth and a smooth dough forms.
2. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown. Test with a wooden skewer for doneness.
3. Preparation of the ganache:
Place the dark and milk chocolate in a bowl. Pour the hot cream over it and let it stand briefly. Stir until smooth and glossy.
4. Finish:
Cut the still-warm cake into slices. Prick several times with a fork.
Pour the ganache over the cake, smooth it out, and gently shake the mold to allow it to settle into the cuts. Garnish with salted caramel sauce, if desired.

This chocolate cake is incredibly soft, moist, and flavorful. And the delicate ganache makes it a festive treat, even during the week.

🍰 Ingredients:
✅For the dough:
200 g wheat flour (1 and ⅓ cups).
1 ¼ teaspoons baking powder.
1 pinch of salt.
200 g sugar (1 cup).
40 g cocoa powder (slightly less than ½ cup).
180 ml warm milk (¾ cup).
4 eggs (medium size, M).
220 g butter (soft, room temperature, 1 cup).
✅For the chocolate ganache:
200 g milk chocolate.
120 ml cream 30-36% (½ cup).
✅Decoration:
Chocolate sprinkles.

🔪 Preparation:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Mix well.
2. Stir cocoa powder with warm milk until smooth. Set aside.
3. Add eggs, soft butter and cocoa with milk.
4. Beat everything on low speed for about 1 minute. If necessary, pause and stir with a spatula.
5. Pour the dough into a 20x20 cm baking pan. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 35-40 minutes. Check with a wooden skewer if the dough is cooked through—it should come out dry.
7. Heat the milk chocolate and cream in the microwave for about 1 minute. Stir well until a glossy, smooth mixture forms.
8. Pour chocolate ganache over the warm cake.
Decorate with chocolate shavings. Let the cake cool for about 15-30 minutes. Cut into portions.
