Hi everyone, In this video I'm gonna show you How to create a Bokeh effect in GIMP
Note:
GIMP is the perfect alternative for Photoshop. Hence you can try this same method in Photoshop as well.
Steps:
1. Open GIMP
2. Create a New Image
3. Fill the Background with Dark Grey Color
4. Create a New Image
5. Create a Brush for circles
6. Create a Dynamics for Bokeh Effect
7. Create circles in three different layers with three different blur value
8. Add a Full saturation gradient with overlay mode on top of the layers
9. And Finally add lens blur
That's it.
