Once you reach Moonrise Towers in Act 2 of Baldur's Gate 3 be sure to visit Araj Oblodra in the Back Rooms Under the Stairs.
Araj is a Member of the Dead Drow House of Menzoberranzan and an Alchemist interested in true soul Blood. For just a small amount of Blood she'll craft you an elixer, but this isn't the real prize here.
Araj is a little bitt Obsessed with Vampires and wants to be bitten.
Convince Astarion to Bite her and she'll reward you with an elixer of Strength that will permanently increase your strength by 2 (to a maximum of 20).
