PATCH NOTES OUT! - This build is still fully playable and potentially could be used with new Locus Mine Support Gem. PoB's have been updated to 3.22
So I ran a test of this build over the last week and have constructed a leveling guide for everyone to use who wishes to play this with me on league start (this will be my starter build I'll be beginning with pending what we see in the patch notes at this stage). I will be aiming to make this build quite tanky for Delve hopefully.

This build is not for everyone and it does take a little more to push over the line which some people will complain about so I am making that very clear here, mine builds are not for everyone
I have done my best to cater for the worst possible even of no drops and have run this through the Acts per the live stream so this is about the best trail I can put it through at this stage
This is setup on a four link assuming people won't understand how to scale a build as a worst case scenario
I was able to push to T5 with basically no gear... you will need to gear this build up to progress it!
I can only predict so much to meet expectations, onus is on the player to figure things out and balance their own builds
