Farming Guardian Ship Blueprints - IS IT WORTH IT?
Elite Dangerous Guardian Fighter Blue Prints
The guardian fighters can give you the edge in combat or just give you an extra pair of hands these are obtained by collecting guardian ship blueprints. uardian Ship Blueprints are required to build the most powerful ships in the game, but they can be difficult to obtain. This video will show you how to find and activate Ancient Data Terminal Sites, where you can get the Guardian Vessel Blueprint Fragments you need to craft these blueprints.
What you'll need:
A ship with a decent jump range and an energy weapon
A cargo bay
An SRV (preferably two)
At least one upward point defence system
SRV synthesis materials (I recommend having at least 14 sulfur and 8 phosphorus, as well as half a dozen iron and nickel)
Approximately 40 minutes of time per run
Instructions:
Find a Guardian Structure. You can use the Elite Dangerous Galaxy Map to find these, or you can look for them in systems that are known to have Guardian activity.
Once you're at a Guardian Structure, land your ship and deploy your SRV.
Look for an Ancient Data Terminal Site. These are usually located near the center of the structure.
Once you've found an Ancient Data Terminal Site, drive your SRV up to the terminal and use your SRV datalink scanner to activate it.
A series of pylons will appear around the terminal. You need to charge all of these pylons in order to open the data core.
To charge a pylon, drive your SRV into it. Be careful, though, as Guardian Sentinels will spawn and attack you.
Once all of the pylons are charged, the data core will open. You can now scan it to obtain a Guardian Vessel Blueprint Fragment.
Repeat steps 4-7 until you have collected all three Guardian Vessel Blueprint Fragments.
Once you have all three fragments, you can combine them to create a Guardian Vessel Blueprint.
