[UNICEF] Applying Behavioural Design for Health Equity
To extend the benefits of primary health services to underserved populations, UNICEF has undertaken efforts to combine evidence and methods from the behavioural sciences with aspects of human-centred
design (HCD).
This session provides an overview of the background for the development of this approach followed by the sharing of experiences from country-level efforts to use "behavioural design" approaches to better serve marginalised communities in Africa and South and Central Asia with tailored, culturally and behaviorally informed interventions
