This video will guide you to solve the relay stone puzzle on the Suigetsu Pool. You will found Electroculus and Luxurious Chest while solving the puzzle.

Tips:
1) You will have to unlock the domain first before you can go under Suigetsu Pool to collect all the relay stone and follow the electro seelie.
2) Make sure you don't Teleport after you collected relay stone.
