You will need:
500 g peeled apples
a pinch of citric acid if the apples are not sour
2-3 eggs, depends on size
0.5 tsp salt, I forgot to add this time, it didn’t affect the taste at all and it’s still better to add
half a cup of sugar
cup of semolina
cup of flour
80 ml. vegetable oil
cinnamon optional
1 tsp soda
It’s better to base the baking time on your oven!
