How to add a background theme to your Gmail inbox
Personalize your Gmail inbox with a background theme.
1. Open Gmail.
2. At the top right, click Settings
3. Go to Theme and select a theme.
4. (Optional) To change themes, click View all and choose a theme.
5. (Optional) To add a background image as a theme, click My photos - the image you want then Save.
