Paladin Oathkeeper Changes on Preview - Neverwinter mod 19
The Paladin Healer is going to be changed in the upcoming mod 19. The main reason for this is because healers have been suffering on low geared character. So they are buffing the magnitudes and nerfing the outgoing healing and incoming healing sources.
