TDR - Ticket Deposit Receipt is an online complaint/report receipt that can be filed from Confirmtkt-IRCTC Train Booking App. TDR is generally filed in cases when a passenger has booked the ticket but failed to board the train because of the following reasons.
Train is running late for more than 3 hours, AC Failure, Train canceled by railways, etc.

Important Note: TDR can be filed within 72 hours of train departure

Steps to file TDR
-- Open ConfrimTkt app.
-- Go to "Trips" and select your ticket for which you want to file TDR.
-- Click “More” option and select TDR
-- Select the passenger & Select the reason for filing TDR and Click "Submit" button.
