All numeric values are categorized as Numbers in JavaScript, be it an Integer value or a Decimal point value. If you use the 'typeof' operator on any numeric value - you get ‘number’ as output.

All mathematical operations can be done on numeric values in JavaScript.

Arithmetic operators are: +, -, *, /, %, ** (BODMAS is followed for operator precedence)

In this video, we will also learn about the Number global object and how different methods defined in the Number object can be used on number values.
