A lot of people are finding the 'brush leash' in Photoshop CC 2018 very annoying.

Why Adobe have put this brush leash into Photoshop is a mystery to me.

It gives you an indication of the amount/direction of smoothing being applied to your brush strokes.

But you can see that anyway!

If you want to change the leash length or colour, or indeed you want to remove it completely, then just follow the video.
