Solved: PiHole - Interface eth0 Does Not Currently Exist

After updating the Raspberry Pi operating system to the latest version, you may get an error in the PiHole diagnostics page that says "Interface eth0 Does Not Currently Exist". This may happen if PiHole is looking for interface eth0 but the eth0 interface is no longer named "eth0" by the operating system. This may happen after upgrading Raspberry Pi OS from Debian Stretch (Debian 9) to Debian Buster (Debian 10) or Debian Bullseye (Debian 11). There are 2 ways to solve this issue easily. This video demonstrates both methods in detail.
