UPDF Deployments - President Museveni shuffles 35 senior UPDF officers in latest changes.
President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, who is also the commander in chief of the armed forces, made several changes in the leadership of the Uganda People’s Defence Forces- UPDF.
Defence spokesperson, Brig. Gen.Felix Kulayigye, has confirmed the changes and appointments, aimed at enriching the management of departments within the structures of UPDF.
