Yes you can still downgrade z170 motherboard bios to older bios. Just follow these steps:
Follow these steps:
First create a USB bootable stick with Rufus,
then copy files from fpt_DOS-Z170 to bootable USB stick
plus the version of the bios you want to downgrade (Rename to bios.bin).
Boot from USB and downgrade will start automatically.
WARNING DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
