Does FPS/Hz really affect Accuracy | osu!mania
This is moreso what i was able to feel, and not exactly super data oriented, so the data aspect of this video might be lacking, but as a said, i'm mostly doing this from an accuracy player's perspective, and was curious if lower FPS/HZ really hinders the ability to set low UR scores!!
