{Hello my little Night Owl's.
First of all I want to start with an apology for the glare of the goggles and for the confused audio channels. Also I am back home filming and even at 2am, the 3Dio still manages to capture the sound of the nearby motorway. So I hope that it doesn't destroy the immersion too much however I really can't do much about it.

But enough of me complaining! This was a role play I planned on making a good year and a half ago around the time of the Illegal face painting one. However it just didn't feel right so I ended up scrapping it. This story is a homage to an absolutely wonderful and quite underrated opera called the "Dolls of New Albion". In the opera there is a rather reclusive girl called Annabelle who manages to resurrect a boy she loved using a doll as a vessel. As the story progresses, the world surrounding the doll changes and seeing the fast spiral into madness is just wonderful. I'll leave a link to Paul Shapera's site below. I got quite obsessed with this and it's sequel last year so if you like weird and depressing music, here you go! So I hope that you enjoy this role play and hopefully, if my camera will allow me, there will be more soon.

What is ASMR?

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It is a very technical term for a very simple feeling. Most people experience ASMR when they are a child from Chinese whispers (as we called them), a teacher showing you something in class to a trip to a spa or hairdressers. There are thousands; maybe even millions of different triggers out there tailored with different types of Visual, Auditory and Chemical stimuli.

It is often described as a tingling sensation from your head that tends to travel all through your body (if you're lucky enough)! Although very little scientific research has gone into the study of ASMR, thousands of people have admitted that it helps them in reducing stress/ anxiety levels, insomnia and their general mood outlet.

I believe this is because of the types of hormones that are being released by the brain as an innate survival technique from stressful situations. Sort of like the opposite to a 'fight or flight' response. However I am not a scientist by any standards! ASMR cannot replace any serious condition and for this I would visit your local medical practitioner. Yet it still never fails in helping thousands of people everyday. And that is why I love it.
