Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Chop 1 kg of black carrots.
Rub black carrots through a food processor.
take 70 g hot peppers.
Put the hot peppers through a chopper.
100 grams of garlic.
Make garlic puree.
200 g paprika.
Put the peppers through a chopper.
200 ml vegetable oil.
Fry the garlic for 5-7 minutes.
Fry the peppers for 5-7 minutes.
Add paprika.
fry for another 5 minutes.
Add black carrots.
1 tablespoon of salt.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
1 tablespoon of dried mint.
200 ml of water.
mix well.
Simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
Pour the sauce into the cans.
After cooling, keep the sauce in the refrigerator.
The sauce can be added to any dish.
