2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp fine salt
2 tsp fine black pepper
Water for wet batter

3 tbsp. minced garlic
1/3 cup UFC Banana ketchup
3 tbsp or more gochujang
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1.5 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
