➣ 400g Prawns cleaned and deveined
➣1/2 tsp Chilli powder
➣1/4 turmeric powder
➣Salt
Curry Paste
➣4 Garlic Cloves
➣4 shallots or 8 pearl onion
➣small piece ginger
➣4 Dried chilli or (8 Kashmiri Red Chillies)
➣1 tablespoon Whole Coriander Seeds
➣1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
➣1/4 teaspoon whole Peppercorns
➣1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
➣1/4 teaspoonTamarind or 1/2 teaspoon Tamarind Paste
➣1/2 cup Coconut grated
➣3 tablespoon water
For the Sauce
➣2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
➣1 Onions finely chopped
➣1/3 cup Coconut Milk
➣Salt to taste
➣400ml water (adjust the consistency as you like)
➣Coriander leaves or Curry Leaves
