While bands are a hidden gem IMO in fitness, it certainly helps to know optimal ways for how to use it to improve movement awareness, skill, & play.
Pummel to Rotational Lunge:

Movement Technique Steps/Tips:
Pull the loaded arm to the centerline of the chest
Pivot and rotate the body 90 deg.
Circle the elbow
Once you complete the rotation, descend down under control
Extend the free arm to aid in rotation
Reverse the steps about and return to the start position
