Hi Everyone, I'm Daniel In this video I'm gonna show you How to create a Dashed or Dotted Outlines around the person using GIMP
Note:
GIMP is the perfect Alternative for Photoshop. Hence you can try this same method in Photoshop as well.
Steps:
1. Open GIMP
2. Drag and Drop your Subject Image
3. Select Path Tool (B)
4. Draw the Path Around the Subject
5. Select from Path
6. Grow the Path by 20 px
7. Go to Edit - Stroke Selection
8. On Stroke Line - Line Options - Presets - Normal Dots
9. Change the Line width if you want
