Some really cool features with Windows Server 2022:
SMB compression! I used to write scripts to 7-zip files, then copy over a VPN WAN link, now I can just enable compression and copy the files NEATO!

And finally, Windows Server 2022 Datacenter – Azure Edition offers the latest hybrid and compute features in the Azure public cloud and on Azure Stack HCI 21H2.
The one thing that sucks is that OEM's are now struggling to get all their drivers and firmware to be fully compliant with Server 2022. Need SR-IOV over an Intel NIC? Not gonna happen until next year sometime when firmware is available to do so.
