Massaging the prostate from the rectal area produces orgasms in some men. The technique is described as prostate milking on the internet and there are many devices sold online for that purpose. Dr. med. dr. phil. Stefan Buntrock, urologist from Göttingen, explains the possible underlying mechanism in this video on UroChannel. For this purpose, it is important to look at female orgasms as well, especially vaginal orgasms connected to a structure in the anterior vaginal wall, known by the name of the G-spot. As it so happens, this area displays glandular structures in about two thirds of women which contain the prostate specific antigen (PSA). These glands are named Skene’s glands after Alexander Skene who described them in the year 1880. It is highly interesting to know that these glands are located where the G-spot is supposed to be. Combining all this information suggests that the prostate could be some kind of male G-spot, or “P-spot”. How and why this area is able to bypass the clitoris in women and the glans in men, is not known. For some reason, the medical community has not taken any interest in finding out more about prostatic orgasms.
