The best ASPIC CAKE on KEFIR with green onion and egg - looks beautiful on a festive table
Pies prepared according to this recipe can be with any filling. The pie turns out to be lush, tender and airy! A very tasty aspic pie with green onions and egg is good, both hot and cold. Does not fall off! The dough for the pie is prepared without yeast - on kefir. A very quick and simple dinner in the oven, as well as a pie is suitable for breakfast with tea.
Ingredients:
For the test:
500 ml. kefir with a fat content of 2.5℅;
450 gr. flour;
1 tsp salt;
1 tbsp baking powder (or 1 tsp soda)
2 eggs (1 yolk is left to lubricate the pie);
2 tbsp sunflower oil;
1 tsp sugar;
For filling:
6 boiled eggs;
2 tablespoons. sunflower oil;
about 200 gr. green onions;
salt - to taste
Cooking time in the oven is 40-60 minutes (depends on the oven and the size of the mold)
A little breadcrumbs - to sprinkle the mold
A piece of butter - lubricate the finished cake
