Recipe:
600 g fillers
1 Lukovitsa
1 carrot
150 g sour cream
2 tablespoons flour
100 ml of water
vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cod fillets cut on 8 identical pieces. Misching flour with salt. Cut the fish in flour and fry in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil for 5 minutes on each side. Grinding carrots on a coarse grater. Onions cut into small cubes. Share fried fish on a plate. Onions slightly fry on vegetable oil in a pan, in which the fish was roasted. Add carrots and pass, stirring, 6 - 8 minutes. Add sour cream and water. Salt and mix well. Boil. Immediately lay out fish in sauce, peck it. Heat under the lid of 2 minutes. Serve hot. Bon Appetit!
