The keynote speaker at Einstein’s Women in Science Day event was Sharon Milgram, Ph.D., director of the Office of Intramural Training & Education at the National Institutes of Health. In her address, which was titled“Resilience – An Important Tool for Educational, Career and Life Success,” she addressed on the need to create a healthy culture in graduate schools, laboratories, and industry.
