In this video I'll show you how you can fix problems with a Dell Windows 10 Laptop Not Recognising Headphones Via the 3.5mm Jack. If you have Realtek audio console installed, you should be able to fix this problem by adjusting a couple of settings. Please ensure that your headphones or headset is connected to your PC before you enter the menu.
