Dungeon Master Shared Campaign Settings (Home Brew D&D)| World Building Game Master Tips
Currently 3 DMs are sharing a campaign setting at our table. It doesn't matter if this is an established setting published by a company or a home brew the issue is the same. You and another GM will be sharing the same space. Adventures and stories you each tell have the ability to affect each others campaigns. This can be a good thing or a bad thing. It would be good to discuss with the other dungeon master some of your over arcing plans and perhaps establish some ground rules.
