500gram beef sirloin or tenderloin or ribeye steak

FOR MARINADE:
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch

2-3 tablespoon oil
6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup oyster sauce
