400g pork tenderloin
salt, pepper, thyme
Fry the meat for 3 minutes from each side on high fire
500 g puff pastry
6 slices of ham
100 g of cheese
1 yolk
Grease the dough with yolk
sesame
vegetable oil
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil
Bake at 200C/392F for 45 minutes
Cover with foil after browning.
