Updated for 2018! Make your Subscriptions, Likes an Saved Playlists private in your channel settings in the YouTube Android app.

1. Sign in to the YouTube Android app

2. Tap your channel icon at top right to open your Account

3. On your Account screen tap My Channel

4. On your channel tap the Settings Gear icon to open Channel Settings

5. On the Channel Settings screen scroll down to Privacy to make your liked videos, subscriptions and playlists private.
