🍻When?: In 2023, it starts from 16th September until 3rd October.
🍻Where?: While Munich is considered the origin for the festival, but in all big and small cities, there are annual festivals at the same time which happens in Frankfurt, Berlin and even in the Netherlands.
🍻Where to stay?: If you are on a budget, it is better to stay outside the city and use cheap public transport.
🍻How to get there?: Just follow the crowd. Ha ha..”Theresienwiese” is the area in Munich for Oktoberfrest and there are many public transport options available. Don’t take your car, parking is impossible to find.
🍻Price for beer at Oktoberfest?: The price of beer for Oktoberfest 2023 will be approx 13 Euros,
🍻When is it open? On weekends, open from 9 AM - 11.30 PM and on weekdays from 10 AM - 11.30 PM
🍻What to experience?: There are so many other things apart from beer from the swing carousel through to the high-tech rollercoaster
🍻What to wear?: If you are up for it, wear traditional german dresses, dirndls and lederhosen which you can also rent or buy but it can be cold and rainy, so be prepared
