In this video, I will show you how to properly expose Jupiter whether you want to see its moon or the colored bands. Note that viewing the 4 moons and viewing the bands require different camera settings - either you change ISO or Shutter Speeds. My Tasco Telescope has fixed f8 aperture so I can't do anything about that. But if you have a 500mm telephoto and longer lens, you can vary the aperture. Or just use the widest aperture available to compensate for low ISO and faster shutter speeds. Put your camera on self-timer mode if you will be shooting photos of low light the low light Jupiter to avoid light trails or wobble movement.
My Setup: Sony A6400 mirrorless camera body. Tasco Luminova 4.5 inch 900 mm Newtonian Astronomical Telescope. 2x Barlow Lens to increase effective focal length.
