A lot of you asked for me to start giving you an insight to some of my training. Saturdays are a good chance for me to get out with a group of mates and do my 2-3hr training ride with them and I then squeeze in my Intervals during that time (normally towards the end of the ride when I am most fatigued. This was a typical Saturday training session for me but there is more to come in future videos which I will cover in other aspects of training I do. I hope you enjoy this little insight to the suffering and also some of the fun riding we done between.
