If Select and Mask not working use Refine Edge to cut - Adobe Photoshop Tutorial #1

Select and Mask not working properly in Adobe Photoshop anymore. You need to use Refine Edge tool. Select something with Quick Selection Tool (w) go to Select Menu, then go to Select and Mask, hold Shift button and click on the Select and Mask, you enter to Refine Edge Tool who work properly.
